The question isn’t if kids and teens will be exposed to explicit media, but when. Starting an age-appropriate conversation with your child is an act of love. Bodies and sex are both good gifts created by a loving God. Give your child the gift of helping them understand this!

This is a 90-minute seminar to equip parents with knowledge, practical tools, and helpful strategies to start age-appropriate conversations about sexuality, online safety, and explicit media.

Plus, it's not just about porn. Kids and teens are regularly exposed to media that portrays a distorted view of bodies and sex (think: movies and tv shows!). Coach them around these topics starting at a young age.

Talking to kids about sexuality includes so many topics:

Names of body parts
Consent and boundaries
Puberty and bodily changes
Pregnancy
Sex
Singleness and marriage
Online safety
Affection and love
Your family's beliefs

The goal is for parents to have many short conversations with their children about all of these topics and more! In this 90-minute seminar for parents of children ages 0-9, parents will consider their own view on sexuality and the body, learn tips and tricks for starting comfortable conversations that build as their child grows older.

It's never too late to start conversations about sexuality!

Talking to teens about sexuality can include so many topics:

Attraction and crushes
Singleness and marriage
Friendship and romantic relationships
Healthy dating relationships
Your family's beliefs about sexuality
Sex (including pleasure, sexually transmitted infections, contraception, etc.)
Online safety
and so much more!

In this 90-minute seminar for parents of children ages 10-18, parents will learn practical tools for having conversation with teens and learn to use media to start engaging conversations about sexuality.

The female body: a masterpiece of God

The female body is one of God's created masterpieces. However, many women aren't quite sure what their private parts look like (or how they "should" look) and have questions about how to care for their most intimate parts.

In this 1-hour workshop, women will see the value and dignity of their body as they learn more about their anatomy, what their private parts look like, and how to care for themselves.

This seminar can be adapted for a group of teens or for a group of adult women.

Living with Desire: A Christian View of Singleness

Both singleness and marriage come with their own unique gifts and challenges. In this seminar for Christian singles (males and females), you'll:

catch a vision for the beauty of Christ-centered singleness
learn tips for building the community and intimate friendships we all need
discover questions to ask yourself about your heart motives
explore practical ideas for managing sexual desire (a good gift from God but one that must be stewarded according to your beliefs)

For many people, singleness feels like an ache of unquenched desire. Learn to leverage this desire for your good and the glory of God and His kingdom.

Bodies in the image of God

Is the soul good and the body bad? What does it mean to be a body?

Sexuality is inextricably linked to our physical human bodies and what we think and believe about being embodied creatures will affect how we approach sexuality.

In this 1-hour seminar, investigate a biblical vision of the human body and how that affects your view of sexuality.
